Ray Armstrong
Ray is the Co-Founder and CEO of Saros Consulting. He is passionate about strategic business and IT alignment and is an innovative and adaptable professional with a highly effective mix of ICT and business skills. He has a proven track record of increasing operational efficiencies, controlling project costs & schedules, as well as implementing & maintaining technology initiatives to support multinationals globally.
Justin van der Spuy
Justin is the Co-Founder and CEO of Saros Consulting. He is an experienced ICT professional and has successfully led multiple complex projects for large multinationals globally. He is passionate about driving organisational change through strategic solutions and project management ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, within scope and provide strategic value to the customer.
Aoife Mac Cana
Aoife is our Director of Professional Services. She brings a wealth of experience in leading transformation programmes within complex international organisations. With a Bachelor of Commerce, an MSc in Project Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management, and an MBA, Aoife combines academic strength with a strategic, results-focused approach.
She is known for her integrity, adaptability, and commitment to delivering meaningful change through people-first leadership. Her work supports the continued growth and operational excellence of Saros Consulting.
Chris Wilson
Chris is our UK Country Manager. She brings extensive experience in senior commercial roles including Country Manager, Sales Director, and Sales Manager, with a focus on large enterprise and government accounts. Chris has worked closely with both business leaders and C-suite executives to solve complex challenges and improve productivity.
Her background in major corporates has given her broad exposure to technologies such as Cloud, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, AI/ML, and database systems. She thrives under pressure, leading high-performing teams and supporting clients through technology-driven change.
Barry Connellan
Barry is our Ireland Country Manager. He brings over 20 years of experience in the technology sector, with a strong background in enterprise ICT sales and leadership roles in SaaS start-ups. Barry also spent five years as a management consultant, specialising in franchising, where he supported businesses through strategic international growth and operational development.
Mary-Ellen Snook
Mary-Ellen is our Client Director.
She brings over 25 years of experience leading complex IT programmes and strategic client relationships across major international organisations, spanning infrastructure transformation, cloud adoption, and enterprise wide technology deployments. Her credentials include PMP, PRINCE2 Agile, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, ITIL Foundation, and Certified Scrum Master, reflecting a disciplined, outcomes focused approach to delivery.
She is known for building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, providing strong governance across multi million euro programmes, and translating complexity into clear business value. Her leadership strengthens client partnerships and supports the continued growth of Saros Consulting.
