Our client, a large multinational retailer, faced IT capacity issues with their current infrastructure, and required a stable environment to support the rollout of their new ERP system. This included a series of large scale infrastructure projects (data centres, network, storage, computer backups, WAN, DMZ) that required consolidation and management as a single programme. They required a partner who not only understood the intricacies of IT, but their needs as a business.
